• Check-in time is 3 to 6 p.m. unless prior arrangements are made ahead. Please call if your travel time changes.
• Refunds/Cancellations: No refunds are given for failure to arrive on the initial date of your reservation or if departure occurs prior to the last date of your reservation. Cancellations wtihin 72 hours refunded only if we can re-rent rooms.
• No smoking except in designated outside areas.
• Pets are accepted on a limited basis - $25 per night.
• Minimum 2-night stay Friday and Saturday, 3 nights on 3-day holidays. (Although, one-night stays may be arranged. Please call.)
• Rates are for 2 people and include breakfast. Rates do not include a 6% hotel tax. Extra person charge: $25 per day. Prices are subject to change.
• Boat Docking Fee $50 per night. Free boat launch from Marina. Trailer storage with security at Marina (Max. 3 boats on dock).
• Deposit: Non-refundable $50 fee per room
• All rooms are equipped with central heat, A/C and ceiling fans.
• For complete rental, there is a charge of $2,210 (includes 6% sales tax) per night for all rooms
